Project Organization

The collaborative project is carried out within the framework of the swissuniversities program "Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunities in the Development of Higher Education Institutions" P-7 (2021-2024).

Divmed emerged from the CHESS project "New Organisational Models for Part-Time Leadership at the UZH" (UZH Gender Equality Action Plan 2017–20). It builds on the knowledge and network of contacts developed therein.

A project organization on three levels (strategic and operational project management as well as project committee) and the integration of all institutions involved ensures the quality and sustainability of the project.
